JOB DESCRIPTION:

City:
Indore,M.P or Work from Home

Work focus:
Architecture and Interior Design
-High End Residential Projects
-Temple Architecture
-Large scale Government Public Projects

We are looking to add organized and well versed team of Senior Architects,Junior Architect,Civil Engineer,Architectural Project Manager .

Senior Architect:
-Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience required
-Can handle Site decisions
-Good knowledge and exposure of construction and practical design implementation on site
-Team coordination and management
-You will have atleast 3 to 5 people working under you to support design process
-Well versed with 3D modelling tools like sketchup ,Autocad and BIM

Junior Architects:
-Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience
-Ability to come up with design Narratives and well versed with design process in architecture
-Expert on research and information analysis for any project
-Opportunity to make design decisions 1st hand
-Revit,Sketchup and Autocad software proficiency is a must

SR.Civil Engineer:
-Minimum experience 4-6 years
-Complete knowledge and exposure of construction and practical design implementation on site
-Executing projects on site eith construction drawings
-Doing site visits & team management
-Site inspection and reporting
-You will have a staff of 2-4 people working under you for efficiency of work

Project Manager(B.arch):
-Minimum 2 Years experience in Project Management
-Team coordination and Project time and budget management skills
-Ability to coordinate eith clients and office team
-Language proficiency english+Hindi

BIM Expert:
-BIM Draftsmen B.arch or Engineer
-Minimum 2 years experience in Revit
-Archicad users will have to learn revit
-Knowledge of sketchup and autocad
-Reading archutectural sketches and conversion into Models

3D VIZUALIZER:
-Minimum 2 Years Experiece in 3D modelling
-3ds max,Vray,Photoshop,sketchup etc. presentation software skills proficiency required
-Good Graphic Design Knowledge
